Dr. SUBHASH CHANDRA is a legal Consultant presently associated as the Director of MDP at Management and Research Institute, He is an accomplished administrator and academician having a vast professional experience with multiple achievements.  He has organized more than 150 Management Development Programmes, more than 50 Faculty Development Programmes and many National Seminars on various contemporary topics. He held the position of a Director in City College of Management & Technology, MSME Centre (IMDC) at Indian Industries Association and Moti Lal Rastogi School of Management. He earned his PhD from Department of Public Administration, Lucknow University.

 Lt Col (Retd) Dr Devi Deb served 23years in Indian Army (MNS), is a renowned health educator, having more than 35 years of experience in professional teaching and administration. She did M. Sc. in Hospital Administration & M. Phil in Management BAIMS and Professional Nursing, and her doctorate is in Public health. She has work experience in teaching, training in tertiary care hospitals of more than 1000 bed in clinical and administrative capacity in different parts of the country. She has been instrumental in organizing scientific workshops and seminars.  To name a few:

• Management and leadership workshop for senior level health administrators, with a special focus on maternal and child health conducted by IIM Ahmadabad.
• Organized Workshop for Sensitization of State Level Nursing superintendents on “HIV/AIDS prevention, care, & treatment. Under (GFATM) round 7 at KGMU, Department of Community medicine & public health. With maximum, number of delegates participation from U.P. for the first time
• International Conference, on Gynecological & obstetrical challenges: Topic” New insight into research, diagnosis and clinical care.”

She has published many scientific papers at National and international Conference. She is a life member of U.P. hospital & Health Administration Reforms Society UPHHAR- Lucknow and is an advanced provider of the IAP- LDSC as an NRP FGM Trainer and is an active life member of LIONS club Lucknow, (president Lions Vasundhara) and NCWI.

Dr. Manish Sharma is competent professional and qualified faculty with dual specialization in Management and Commerce, having more than 19 years of knowledge based experience in the field of Education Industry. Key skills include Team Management, Teaching, Accounts and Finance.

He has earned Master in Commerce and Master of Business Administration (Finance) in 2004 and 2011 respectively. He has qualified UGC NET in Commerce in December 2010, UGC NET Management in June 2011 and UGC NET in Commerce in December 2014. He has been awarded Doctorate in Commerce in 2018. His field of work was Mergers & Acquisitions. He has international exposure as Senior Lecturer and Content Development Expert in Syscoms College, Lulu International Group, UAE. He has worked on MHRD’s sponsored project with IIT- Madras on Design Thinking. He is on empanelment list of ICAI as examiner in 2020. He has published several National and International research papers including Scopus ABDC ranked Journals. He has two books to his credit in the field of Financial Accounting and Computerized Accounting. Presently he is serving in Department of Business Administration, Institute of Engineering & Technology, a constituent institute of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, India.

Dr. Rajeev Ranjan Yadav is competent professional and qualified faculty with specialization in Industrial Geography. He has qualified UGC NET and has been awarded Doctorate in Industrial Geography. His areas of expertise include Industrialization, Problems and Challenges of entrepreneurship with special reference to Micro and Small enterprises. He has also developed an Index for Problems of Industrialization. He has published several National and International research papers in reputed Journals.

Arvind Khanduri is an experienced professional whose 20-year career has spanned various industries including FMCG, Retail and Hospitality. Ms. Vedita Pratap Singh is a renowned actor and model. Having worked across all entertainment formats including films (The Hidden Strike etc), web films, documentaries and TV serials.    Ms. Rosebell Violet Luke is an expert of statistical data interpretation who has been associated with MRI for the last 4 years. She has been involved in more than 30 successful research projects, in which she has actively participated and rendered extreme contribution. Intellectual mindset coupled with eloquent communication skills has made her a content creator as well. She is also pursuing her personal researches in topics like e-waste management, emotional intelligence, corporate social responsibility and few other topics of social interest.

Ms Amna Rizvi is a dedicated research scholar and committed member of the institution. Her interest is in the field of Commerce, Management, Entrepreneurship and Psychology and she has worked on several research projects. She is actively involved and developing herself in research. Her passion for reading and learning new knowledge and skills is helping her to develop the required research intellect necessary for an academician.

Ms. Anamta Ali, an aspiring academician having a very good academic record is interested in making her career in the field of management and research.
